How To Cut Plastic Profiles

You can cut our DECOLUX® branded decoration profiles, in a mitre box by hand saw, after signing in needed dimension.

Our plastic profiles can be cut easily by electirical moving headed saw. You can get excellent results if you use saw blade which has 3mm width, less than 100 pcs teeth with a high speed rotaiton machine.

You can get not only a clean cut with out dust but also save energy if you use a double bladed guillotine. In cutting foot operated Guillotines, you can get smooth results by cutting the profiles in some few steps according to the size of the profile.
